mathcheck is built around free public tools, no forced sign-up, and a student-friendly privacy posture.
mathcheck is designed to work without requiring an account or personal details for public calculator tools. We may collect limited usage and device information, such as page views, browser type, general device type, and approximate region, to understand performance, reliability, and which tools are useful.
We use usage and performance information to improve calculators, fix errors, prevent abuse, and understand which pages need clearer explanations. We do not sell student calculation entries or raw calculator inputs.
mathcheck may use essential cookies for basic functionality and preference storage. If ads are enabled, Adsterra and other approved advertising partners may use cookies or similar identifiers for ad delivery, frequency capping, fraud prevention, aggregated reporting, and measurement. Where consent is legally required, users may be asked for cookie or advertising consent before eligible ads are served.
Public calculator pages may include clearly labeled advertising. Third-party vendors, including Adsterra, may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver ads, limit repeated ads, measure performance, prevent fraud, and report aggregated results. Adsterra and its partners may collect or receive information such as cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, device identifiers, browser information, page URLs, and ad interaction data as a result of ad serving. Ads are kept out of calculator controls, widgets, account pages, protected tools, localized pilot pages, and sensitive calculator pages by default. MathCheck keeps personalized ad serving disabled in runtime until a reviewed consent path is in place. Learn more in Adsterra's Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.
We may use third-party analytics, hosting, performance, security, and advertising services. Google Analytics and similar tools may process page views, browser information, approximate region, device information, and referring pages so we can understand site reliability and which public tools are useful. These services process information under their own privacy policies and are used to operate the site, measure reliability, protect against abuse, and support free public tools.
mathcheck is designed for students, but it is not directed to children under 13 as a service that collects personal information. Public tools do not require accounts or personal details. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child, please contact us and we will promptly review and delete it when appropriate.
Most calculator entries and conversions are processed in your browser and are not stored as personal records by MathCheck. Aggregated analytics and operational logs may be retained for up to 12 months unless a longer period is needed for security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance. Advertising providers may retain information according to their own policies.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, use available consent controls where shown, review third-party advertising partner privacy controls, and avoid entering personal information into calculator fields. Some browser settings may affect site functionality or ad delivery.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
